There are times that tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. If you still haven't received the item in 3 business days please reach out to us. Unfortunately, we don't have any other information besides what is shown on your tracking link.
If you purchased Route insurance with your order, your delivery is guaranteed. If you do not receive your order after 5 business days of being marked delivered, Route will assist you with providing a refund or replacement order on your behalf. To begin a claim, just find your email from Route and click on "file a claim,” or go to http://claims.route.com. For more information about Route, click here.
If you chose to opt out of Route insurance when you placed your order, unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost, missing, delayed or stolen packages. Broken Promises works directly with Route to protect your package, but if you “unclick” or “uncheck” the Route Insurance option, we are unable to cover your shipment.
