Shop Now option: Instant! As soon as you put your return package in the mail, that will trigger your new item to be shipped out right away.

Exchange for a different size: About 1 week. As your returned item(s) arrive at our warehouse, your new item will be dispatched automatically. This usually takes about 5-7 days.

Store Credit: About 1 week. As soon as your returned item(s) arrive at our warehouse and USPS marks it delivered, your store credit will be automatically generated and sent to you by email. This usually takes about 5-7 days.

Refunds: Up to 2 weeks or longer *** Due to COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS, MAY TAKE LONGER, SEE BELOW.

  • Once you have submitted a return and shipped it out, it may take 1-5 business days for the package to arrive in our warehouse. (Please note, USPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays.)
  • After the package has arrived in our warehouse, your return tracking will show as “delivered.”
  • Once the package is marked “delivered,” it may take an additional 7-10 business days for our team to receive, process, and issue your return. Please note, our team does not work on weekends or holidays.
  • Due to restricted staff hours due to COVID, return processing is delayed and can take up to 2-4+ weeks to process at this time.We highly recommend that you choose either a store credit, exchange or our Shop Now option for an immediate resolution as refunds are currently backed up to longer than 2 weeks (up to 4 weeks). Due to the current situation, we have an overwhelmingly high volume of returns at this time. The store credit, exchange and Shop Now return options are automated by computer and will be issued to you immediately as soon as your return is scanned "in transit" by USPS. Refunds are NOT automated and need to be entered by hand, so they may take unexpectedly long to process.
